Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Oklahoma Baptist University. Research in differential geometry, complex geometry, and Higgs bundle theory.
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside, where I was advised by Dr. Brian Collier.
My research interests lie in differential and complex geometry, with a focus on Higgs bundles, flat connections, and the geometry of moduli spaces. I am also drawn to Teichmüller theory and its connections to representation varieties.
Alongside research, I am committed to mathematics education. I have taught courses from precalculus through multivariable calculus and topology at UC Riverside, California Baptist University, and Biola University.
At OBU, I look forward to building a strong teaching program that connects rigorous mathematical theory with student engagement, while continuing my research in geometric structures.
